Rod joined Rossetti Company in 2003, and quickly became an important member of the company. In 2007, Rod and John Rossetti formed the new entity, Rossetti Company Management, in order to provide specialized service in the field of shopping center management on the central coast of California. Rod earned a Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, in 1995. He majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Management.

Upon graduating, Rod moved to the San Francisco Bay area where he began his career in the financial investment sector. After five years in the industry, Rod decided to shift his focus from finance to real estate.

Prior to joining Rossetti Company, Rod worked in Monterey County for one of the largest owner/operators of regional malls in the United States. He was part of a management team operating two, of the more than 80, malls in their portfolio. In addition, Rod has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 1999. Rod continues to gain valuable experience and training through ongoing education with ICSC.

Born in Los Angeles and raised in King City, he loves San Luis Obispo and resides locally with his wife and two children.
