Preston Thomas grew up on his family's cattle ranch outside of Morgan Hill, California. He was attracted to California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, because of its reputation in the field of agriculture. Preston graduated from Cal Poly in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Ag Business, and a concentration in Finance, Appraisal and Real Estate. He received his California Real Estate License in 2003, and is currently a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Urban Land Institute, and the San Luis Obispo Property Owners Association.

Preston's real estate ventures began while still attending college when he joined the real estate appraisal firm of Schenberger, Taylor, McCormick and Jecker as an intern appraiser. At the same time, his entrepreneurial spirit led him to participate in real estate development and renovation projects, including renovations of single family homes in San Luis Obispo, as well as a mixed-use subdivision in the Village of Arroyo Grande. These experiences allowed Preston to gain firsthand knowledge and experience in the local real estate industry.

Preston began working at Rossetti Company in 2006. He prides himself on being well-versed on the current trends and changes of real estate on the central coast. He is informed and up-to-date on all current commercial real estate listings in San Luis Obispo. He is excited to be an agent at Rossetti Company and looks forward to helping clients with all their commercial real estate needs.
